I understand that Robert passed away but they gave my parents the largest unit for their small home 2023. My stepdad was recovering from a brain tumor at that time. I always thought that was taken advantage of. Now he’s gone, Roberts passed away and my mom can’t get help. They were supposed to replace a part last year after she paid over 400$ for the “410A” but never came back. The unit was under warranty when he ordered the part and he temporarily fixed it that day. But he never came back to replace it. Now she’s in the same boat. No heat no air no answer. I hate to give a family business a bad review but it’s my mom. She NEEDS heat and air.
