“I hate to leave a premature review for AHP when we haven’t even broken ground yet, but I can at least share our experience so far!
Candice, Sydney, David, and Samantha have all been wonderful to work with. Candice especially has the patience of a saint when it comes to answering all of our questions and addressing every concern we’ve had along the way.
We have had to jump through hurdle after hurdle, from TDEC and soil scientists to our lender and a lower-than-expected appraisal since March. It definitely hasn’t been the easiest process, but everyone at AHP has been there to help us navigate through it.
We’re excited, nervous, and definitely ready to finally see this build get started! After everything we’ve had to overcome just to get to this point, we’re hoping and praying that AHP will continue to show their strengths and give us the best building experience we’re hoping for.
We truly feel like we have a great team on our side, and we’re looking forward to watching our new home come to life! 🏡❤”
