Serenity Nails

I have never left a review before but I cannot say home much I love serenity. I have been to a lot of nail salons in Knoxville but serenity always does the best job. Everyone there is so kind and always helpful! Could not suggest a better nail salon! I had mine done by Adam and he is just great!

The staff does a good job with nails but when it comes to waxing I do not recommend. The lady who does it does not know how to wax properly and will wax in all sorts of directions which shows that she is not that experienced. I got my face waxed here thinking everything would be fine but I ending up having the worst breakout of my life. I've never had a breakout. My skin is usually very good. The lady also made my eyebrows uneven and when I told her she started waxing more of my eyebrow hair off but ended up making them look super thin and still uneven. I do not recommend this place for anything related to waxing. Find another place for that but for nails they are decent.

The staff was nice, but the gel manicure I got just isn't for me. It's uneven with streaky color and what looks like air bubbles on a few of the nails. I went because I have a gift card and I still tipped, but I'm glad I didn't pay for this manicure.
