I had a great experience with Grace at Sport Clips! I used the app to schedule my haircut, checked in before I got there, and was taken back right away. The app made everything really easy.
Grace did an awesome job. It's honestly the best haircut I've had in a long time, and my wife even commented on how good it looked when I got home. She also recommended the Tea Tree leave-in conditioner, and I'm glad she did because it smells great.
I treated myself to the MVP service with the double hot face towels, and that alone is worth coming back for. They even had Shark Week on the TVs, which made the whole experience even better.
I absolutely love this place. The girls are always so pleasant and they go out to their way to make sure everyone has a great experience. Erica in particular, has excellent customer service skills, and to see her smiling face when I enter the store is always a pleasant surprise.
