I went to Noir for a builder gel manicure. This was my first time trying the builder gel. The environment there is so relaxing, music is pleasant, and the tech was just lovely. I wish I had asked her name. I thought she worked carefully and did a great job. I had a hard time deciding between colors, and she picked the perfect one for me. I’ll be back!
Tom is amazing, gifted, and takes his time. I will drive out of my way to come here and see him.
