“I went in to get my balayage redone and Ashley asked if I wanted to go light from what I had and at first I said yes but then I changed my mine but didn't speak up loud enough for her to hear me. When it was done it was really light, so went back and told them that I wanted it like I had it before in the picture and they said yeah we can fix that right now.
