Grissom Heat & Air is an honest, reliable, dependable, affordable company. Customers have lived in their homes for 30 years and have had two units replaced over the years. When a unit stopped heating, the company was prompt and arrived quickly, replacing a start capacitor in minutes at a very reasonable price. The owner was prompt to communicate, even after hours. The techs were professional, did a great job, and did not try to “upsell” anything. The company came the same day the heat went out and quickly diagnosed that a unit needed to be replaced. They came back the next day and had an entire new unit installed in less than 4 hours. Fast, friendly, professional teams installed new AC units that are working perfectly, with full price coming in under budget. Workers were absolutely fantastic and respectful. Customers have had 100% positive experiences and highly recommend Grissom Heat & Air for all HVAC needs.
Grissom HVAC installed a new 4 ton Heat Pump and Indoor Air Handler with a 10 year warranty back in 2021... June 2, 2026 Josh replaced a blown out capacitor and had our house cool in minutes and it was 93 degrees that day .
If you want an honest, reliable, dependable, affordable company, then Grissom is who you should call. I have lived in my home for 30 years and they have replaced two units for us over the years. The current one, they installed 13 years ago stopped heating last night and it got down to 24 degrees this morning. My husband called them at 9:30AM and they were here by 11:00AM and replaced a start capacitor in minutes. Very reasonable price too for the service call and part.

The owner of the company was prompt to communicate, even after hours. We had to have 2 techs, Josh and Isaac, come out on 2 trips. Both Josh and Isaac were very professional and did a great job. Neither tried to “upsell” us on anything, in fact, quite the opposite. Based on my experience, Grissom Heat & Air is an honest company doing good work with great service. If/when we need HVAC service again, this is who we’ll use.
