First time going. It was such a fun experience. Stephanie was soo nice and understanding that i couldn't do some poses or stretches. So we modified what i could do. I didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. If you've never tried aerial arts yoga, it's definitely worth the experience.

I came here for my friends birthday. We all took a class. Stephanie was good with explaining everything that we were supposed to do, she explained how everything worked etc. I had a great time and I would recommend.

I had a wonderful time at a beginner class. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and sweet! She's willing to come over and help you into the next pose need be! I couldn't help but to giggle I had so much fun! I can't wait till I can do it again. It's a great idea for a girls night, bachelorette party or even just to reconnect with the body. She offers so many different types of classes! Would highly recommend!!!
