About Dynasty Nail Spa
Dynasty Nail Spa is a well-organized and clean nail salon that offers reasonably priced services. They have a large selection of nail polish colors for pedicures. The salon has a warm atmosphere, and the staff, while not always friendly, generally does a great job. Customers have been happy with the dip powder nails and pedicure/manicure services provided. Recently, some customers experienced long wait times and inconsistent customer service, which was disappointing. However, others have praised certain nail technicians for their excellent work, especially for special designs like French tips with metallic gold. Overall, the salon remains a popular place for nail care, with skilled technicians capable of delivering beautiful results.
Always clean and staff is pleasant. John is an amazing nail tech and I always love my pedicures. He's gentle but through and is never chatty. I feel like he offers relaxation and a great professional experience.
I have gone there several times and have received excellent service, but the last two times I have left injured, and no, that is not an exaggeration. Technicians too agressive with pink buffer on my toes. I literally have scabs on two of my toes.
I got a pedi and my feet feel great and my toes look good… However, make sure to have an appointment before you go. We were given refreshments while we waited and I did have to wait about 45 minutes to have someone do my pedicure. My service was supposed to last 45 minutes but ended after 30 and they charged me extra for a nail buff even though it was included on the menu item I chose. Both front desk and the pedicurist refused to include it in the price for whatever reason. Not sure I’ll go back.
