“We saw Dr. Burrows as new patients this week. The office is located right across the street from Lowes Hardware and on the endcap of the retail center that houses it. From check-in to check-out, everyone we encountered was so pleasant and very kind. My daughter has Autism and going to the dentist can make anyone nervous, let alone a teen who is sensitive to noise. The dental hygenist was so patient in explaining what each tool did, and how they worked before attempting to use them on her. She was extremely gentle and careful to be aware of how she was working around her area, and that was appreciated. Dr. Burrow was an absolute ray of sunshine and very easy to talk to. They made some recommendations for a night guard but advised a cheaper option which was appreciated. He was also very gentle with my daughter and didn't pressure her into talking too much which can cause her anxiety when she is just meeting people. Overall, this was one of the best dental visits that she has had, and didn't express any fear or anxiety thanks to the dental team at Burrow Dental. Happy to be new patients!”
