I started Elysium during Bring a Friend week in Feb 2024. Later that same week, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I almost used it as an excuse not to join, but I can say today that I have been consistently going to early morning workouts for over a year now, and my dad is now cancer free! The coaches meet you where you are, but still encourage and motivate you to be better every day. I’m so thankful for Elysium Training!
Tina & David are very knowledgeable, can figure out what's wrong & how to fix it very quickly (easy to talk to) and are very fair/reasonable with their pricing. They are also a very nice Christian family, who rase chickens (great eggs) and obviously enjoy their no-frills lifestyle.
Amber is so talented and professional! She transformed my poor cheap box dyed hair into healthy and dimensional! My hair has been SO much healthier and thicker since my first visit! I highly recommend her!

We had one on one training with Taylin and then did a board and train. Taylin and everyone at Sublime loved on my Tilly and she loved going to the classes and staying with Taylin. I would 100% recommend using Sublime for training and boarding. Your dog will be treated with love and care.
I am currently a physical therapy patient at Optimus and I think this is the most advanced physical therapy facility in East Tennessee. When you arrive, a team of folks start working on your needs.I previously used University Orthopedic Surgeons physical therapy and hit a wall on my recovery progress. I gave Optimus a try, and after 1 session of a device called Shockwave, I was able to continue my recovery progress. I have been intrigued with Optimus advanced techniques and continual learning the staff displays.

(2024 showcase) my child has always known she wanted to act or perform in some sort of way. For birthdays or Christmas, all she wanted was costumes/props of all kinds because she loves pretending and has always been very imaginative. We always thought her taking classes or lessons was out of our reach for her. Not just financially, but she has ADHD & severe anxiety. Fuzion (Mrs Peggy, Gabby & all the wonderful people there) showed us we were very wrong. Our first showcase was last night, 4-27-24, & we couldn’t be more proud. Not just of our child, but all the kids did so wonderful & they worked so hard on their performance. Thanks to Fuzion, our child believes she WILL do what she loves when she “grows up” & her dreams are within reach. She feels loved, accepted & like she fits in. If your child has or feels different because of emotional issues or like he/she wouldn’t be accepted/have friends or you feel you can’t afford it, please don’t let a wonderful school of the arts & people pass you by. They treat ALL children so wonderfully and show them all they are important. Last night was the best & we will never forget what Fuzion has done for us. ❤️
They came all the way out just to help me get my cat down from a tree she’d been in for about 3 days. They were so quick and awesome about the whole thing even though it was just a cat. So awesome.

The Rugel staff is very accommodating, extremely kind and helpful. If they don't have an answer right then they get back with you very quickly. I recommend this storage facility over all the others in the area, hands down ??

If there are Best Realtor in America awards, Jennifer should win. She was such a strong advocate for us through our process and was totally no-BS. We are so happy with the work Caleb did for us. He cleared big trees like they were twigs. The kutzu had taken over this property 30 plus years ago. He leveled everything down to the ground plus removed massive amounts of trash and debris. He was very professional and will use him again in the future
Courtney did a stellar job!! I moved to TN just about 2 months ago and was 3 or 4 weeks overdue for a highlight and trim. My roots were bad and my ends were thin and scraggly. I put off scheduling with a stylist for a bit because I was nervous they wouldn't live up to my last stylist. But Courtney surpassed my expectations. The blonde shade is perfect - exactly what I was hoping for. And after cutting about 2.5 inches off, it feels SO much better. She's located at the Wildflower Salon and Spa. Cute little place with lots of country decor... and great talent! Courtney was super sweet and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back!

Came out the next morning after we called, all the way to Newport for us. After we tried as much as we could to unstop a clog, they had the heavy duty tools to get the job done! Had a clog in the main line to the septic tank and they cleared it in no time..Quick and friendly, will use in the future!

All the Barbers are fantastic. I walked in and 4 people were waiting. The barbers were efficient and thorough and made short work of the line. They cut and shaved to perfection while minimizing the wait time. I received the exact cut and shave I wanted for a fair price while listening to a well curated playlist. Every building is unique and from ownership to fab shop to install and maintenance they have been a constant top tier company.
