As cliche as it sounds, this is not just the gym. I have been a part of this place since it has been established 5 years ago. This is a place where you get challenged to live your life better. Think, connect, move, rest and eat better. Doing hard things while surrounded by great people. To add to this, what I love about crossfit is the amount of people that you meet and get to know. You end up in a room with people who haven’t had a chance to cross path with. This gym allows all of us to gather together in pursuit of feeing better at the end of the day.

I have been a member at the gym for 2 years this September.The community is outstanding! It helps keep you motivated and when motivation fails you, people will help you stay disciplined. Everyone there is going to help you succeed and encourage you throughout your fitness journey.The trainers are knowledgeable and skilled and they will modify any workout for your specific needs. I will continue my fitness journey at CrossFit Elysium as long as I possibly can! ??

CrossFit Elysium in Jefferson City is exactly what you want a gym to be. Professional and friendly with excellent coaches. Plenty of class times offered, loads of space to move and lots of parking. Also, the people are very welcoming and helpful.
