Great care. I took a tumble and hurt my leg. They got me in quickly and were honest that they couldn’t fully diagnose what was going on and redirected me to an ortho clinic I didn’t know about. I think a lot of places would have run tests anyway, but they were super helpful getting me to the right care. They put patients first.
The sign in using my phone was a kittle clunky. After talking to the receptionist ( who is also a nurse) I was given a tablet with which to accomplish the sign in. After a medium length wait I was asked to come back to an exam roo. The same receptionist/ nurse attended to me as well. She should get a raise.
Fantastic service and professionalism. I would suggest before you go to schedule an appointment online. It's a very easy process; you complete all your paperwork prior to the visit. When you get there, you check in and are taken ahead of walk in patients. The day I went there the lobby was packed and I was in and out in 45 minutes and that included x-rays. Very pleasant staff and process. My thought is they have the appointment scheduling online for a reason and people need to use it. It would eliminate frustration when you get there and it's crowded.
