InnerDigital provides excellent service for our business. When technology issues arise, their team responds quickly and works with us until everything is resolved. They consistently go above and beyond to keep us up and running.
One experience really stands out. We were having major phone service problems involving our phone company and internet provider. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, our business was left without phone service and no clear solution. My experience with InnerDigital has been great. We started using them for occasional IT support and eventually moved our phone system, computer purchases, and managed IT services to them.
Their team understands the urgency when something goes wrong and has been responsive early in the morning and late at night. Whether it was an urgent home computer issue or arriving at work on a Monday to find all our systems down, they responded quickly and were onsite when needed to get us running again. In one case, they even brought in Starlink Minis to restore temporary internet service while the problem was being resolved.
