I called to let them know I was running behind, and I assumed that my appointment would have to be changed. But Dr. Parker said, no come on in. Even though I was late, Dr. Parker and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parker has very good energy. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist. “Everything was good from the first person who prepared me for the Doctor who gave me my prescription. Very nice and professional. With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows. I left with the frames that I supposedly pick out after looking at them for a few days I really was sure that the frames I had was not the ones I pick out and my wife agreed. I went back a few days later and she brushed off and just said nope what I ordered is what I ordered. These are my first real glasses.“
