“We took our sweet golden here less than a year ago for an annual check up after having a bad experience at another vet in town and absolutely loved it. Dr Bates was so amazing with him. Unfortunately we had to rush our Marley boy to the emergency vet and unexpectedly lost him. I received a sympathy card from Dr Bates herself and it meant the world to us. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see and we will absolutely be returning with our next pup. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other vets in town.“

“My dog had to be brought in for an emergency after ripping open her incision and we had an amazing experience at the Critter Clinic! The office was closing in ten minutes from the time we called but the staff allowed us to bring her in and said they would wait for us. Everyone there is EXTREMELY caring and nice which is so comforting when it comes to your fur baby. I was never left in the dark about what needed to happen and they kept me updated the entire time on how she was doing. We are new to the area and have struggled finding a vet but I think we found our new vet home with the critter clinic! Thank you so much for your help!“

“Dr Becker is both kind and knowledgeable. My cat’s symptoms were complicated and she clearly communicated the details and potentials so we could make decisions. She also helped us see the conservative options first before heading toward more expensive routes. In the end the diagnosis she thought was correct and euthanasia was the only option. But I could more easily accept the loss because Dr Becker patiently helped us do all we could to give Gypsy what we could until then. Grateful to Dr Becker and staff.“
