“Newmans has been doing my residential hvac work as well as keeping my commercial units running for several years. If there’s one company I deal with and can count on to give great communication, fair pricing , expertise in repairs or replacement if necessary, it’s Newmans Heat and Air.
They just repaired a gas furnace on a commercial building, cleaned the intake and exhaust tubes, installed screening on the pipes as well replaced a worn out inducer motor. Did it within a reasonable time frame and stayed in communication with me , which I deem very important.
With 5 star rating being the highest , I rate them at a 5+ .“

“I wish there were more than 5 stars on these reviews because Robby & his team deserve at least 10 stars!!! Robby’s Heat & Air are always prompt & punctual. Their level of technical expertise is exceptional. I called Robby yesterday to clean and check out a condensing unit that had been flooded during last weekend’s floods on the Clearwater Road. Expert Technician Billy came out this morning, jumped into action and was done before lunch. Now the unit looks like new and works perfect. Charges were very reasonable (no complaints there). I use Robby’s exclusively to service my heat pumps and I have never had a negative experience.“
