This review has been delayed just because life is busy but if I could give more stars I would. I was home with my daughter and her 2-year-old during a heat wave when the A/C went out. One vendor came out and quoted an astronomical amount and would not be able to get to it until the following week. Robby came out and added some Freon so we could have some air. He didn’t charge me for it and I had not even signed a contract yet. He just knew we were miserable and wanted to help. He also helped me on final installation day with an issue with my hot water heater. So great to have an honest, helpful contractor!

Overall, the experience was ok. We needed help when our HVAC quit working properly and they came out promptly to check it out. Turned out to be a bad defrost circuit board which I felt was pretty expensive for a not-very-complex board but guess that's the way some things are. So far it has been working as it should hopefully it will continue for a while as replacing the unit will be like buying a car.At any rate, I think they were honest with me so you should give them a call if your HVAC is giving you a headache.

I would 100% recommend Robby’s Heat and Air. He is honest and excels in customer service. My repair work was completed efficiently and my heat has run perfectly ever since. His service surpassed my expectations. He was definitely top notch!! Will definitely use him in the future for cleaning my system too.
