Their aging hvac unit died out of the blue during the hottest part of the summer and Hatley’s had the unit replaced within a few days with excellent customer service. They fixed an ongoing problem with an air conditioner not cooling that two previous companies came out and charged for without fixing. Hatleys showed up when they said they would be there and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in short order, charging only a third of the price. This time the unit is actually fixed! They are a great company and well-informed, way better than hep and also way cheaper prices too. They will always be used for all HVAC needs, maintenance, and service.
This has nothing to do with getting a service but it has everything to do with one of their employees being a Good Samaritan. Due to my lane assistant over reacting this morning I ended up in a ditch. A gentleman with this company not only stopped to check on me but worked relentlessly until he got my car back on the road for me… saving me a wrecker bill. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and you better believe I will support a company with such outstanding team members. I didn’t even catch his name, he showed up, helped, and went on his way. I appreciate it so much.

Our Ac has stop working and we have called a different company to check out and they diagnosed it might has a leak. So just fix it. Knoxville AC installed unit and have warranty 1 year but they tried to postponed and said : wait till summer and turn on ac to see if that’s problem. We waited and now warranty not even passed 1 year ( 1 more week) and they refused to warrant. Charge 400$/ free on gallon ( cost only 50-80$). Very dishonest and scamy business. Highly not recommend .
