They were prompt to respond to my service call. It turned out to be the
fan motor on my 20+ year old heat pump. I knew it's days were numbered so I made the decision to replace it with a much more energy efficient model. Hatley was able to install a new system within the week, upgrading the ductwork and unit quickly and professionally! Everyone there in the office and in the field were courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my many questions!! Highly recommend!
About Hatley's Heat & Air, LLC
Hatley's Heat & Air, LLC is a reliable and customer-focused HVAC service provider. Whether you need air conditioning service, furnace installation, or ductless mini-split repair, they offer top-quality, unrivaled services. The company takes pride in delivering efficient and responsive HVAC solutions, with same-day and emergency services available. Customers praise their professional crew, great prices, and satisfaction with the work done, including heating system installation. Hatley's Heat & Air is the best choice for your HVAC needs, ensuring your home stays comfortable and energy-efficient. Their aging hvac unit died out of the blue during the hottest part of the summer and Hatley’s had the unit replaced within a few days with excellent customer service. They fixed an ongoing problem with an air conditioner not cooling that two previous companies came out and charged for without fixing. Hatleys showed up when they said they would be there and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in short order, charging only a third of the price. This time the unit is actually fixed! They are a great company and well-informed, way better than hep and also way cheaper prices too. They will always be used for all HVAC needs, maintenance, and service.
