This place is what a vet should strive to be. After taking our babies to other vets that cut corners, did not truly care about the patients, just gave subpar care overall, I’m so glad to have found Dandridge Animal Hospital. The difference in care is eye opening. Dr Diedrick has cared for two of our dogs so far (that both have multiple health issues) and she is absolutely amazing. Thorough, well educated, professional, and you can tell she actually cares about the wellbeing of the animal, not just what is easiest or is going to make profit like other practices. She makes sure you are informed on any diagnostic findings, treatment options, and she also informs you of costs before going forward with anything which is a lot different from other vet practices. All questions are answered no matter how many you have. As soon as results come in they are shared with you and explained. All of the staff, receptionists, techs, etc are all so kind, friendly and welcoming. The waiting area and rooms are also so clean. I would recommend to anyone!

A Purfect Park Pet Resort is simply wonderful! From the moment I dropped off my lil Princess, I felt completely at ease. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming both at drop-off and pick-up, and they even stayed a few extra minutes when I was running late—now that’s the kind of care that means a lot!
I loved how they sent me daily text photo updates of my cat, which made being away so much easier and brought big smiles to my kids. When we got home, my cat didn’t immediately run and hide like she did after staying at other places (like Town & Country Vet Hospital). That alone speaks volumes about how comfortable and well cared for she was during her stay.
Their front office and the back area where my cat stayed were spotless—no bad smells, no mess—just a clean, warm, and inviting environment. The whole place truly felt more like a home than a boarding facility, with plenty of space for pets to relax.
I called around to many places, and in my opinion, this was by far the best choice. I’ll have absolutely no hesitation choosing A Purfect Park Pet Resort again. Warm customer service, excellent care, and a truly cozy environment. I couldn’t recommend a better place to call a temporary home for your pet! ?✨

Everyone loved the playlist they selected for the reception, and they were very flexible to any last minute changes I made as the Bride. Mike was a pleasure to communicate with leading up to the wedding. Very professional and not at all cheesy, exactly what you would want in a DJ for your wedding. Can’t thank them enough!

We had been calling several companies for vinyl siding quotes for months. Many would never return our calls, set an appointment and not show or were 2 months out before they could start on our project. Vivian came out and was so knowledgeable and helpful and had a crew out within DAYS! They worked all day and completed the siding for our 32 ft addition! ONE DAY COMPLETION! Very reasonable, personable and the crew even cleaned up once finished and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the grooming service for the last 3 years and just love her. She lets our xl-large dog lick her the entire time. She listens to what you want your animals to look like. She is very efficient with her timing she spends on them.
I’ve boarded both animals several times. They get to sleep together, both have high anxiety. One loves the play time as the small one likes to watch in the shade. We get pictures of them when they are there. They answer by text message right away.
We treat both of our dogs like or better than our children. Sleep in beds and on our leather couches. It’s because of the staff that I feel very confident that our dogs are cared for in the best possible manner. Either dog has never showed any sign that they didn’t want to go in the door. Highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Found her a few years ago and had her alter a formal dress for my daughter! We have used her a couple of more times for another dress, and sent a bunch of people her way that was satisfied! However, she does stay booked up so be sure and get an appointment as soon as you can! So happy to have someone in our area!
