We were in the middle of our 12 hour trip to the beach. Traveling from Bloomington, IN to Surfside Beach, SC and all of our oil had leaked out of my vehicle. We limped into Valvoline Instant Oil change in Dandridge where Austin, Travis, Mason, & Preston checked our vehicle. They found that the person who did our oil change in Bloomington had left an extra gasket on the oil filter. These guys showed us what had happened, fixed it, topped us off with oil and sent us on a way to enjoy our vacation!! Just passing thru to Mobile stopped for an okl change ended up getting my tranny fluid flushed. Great service everyone friendly but on point with their work. I recommend as a non local
Recently relocated to the area and needed an oil change. We've used Valvoline before in another state so we opted to drive a bit further from our town to stick with what has worked for us. The service we had at this location exceeds the promt and courteous routine. We're definitely going to be returning to this location with other vehicles and for our routine maintenance.
