Barnes Vision offers a wide variety of frames and has a helpful staff. The staff is known for their patience, especially with elderly and handicapped customers. They are willing to go the extra mile to assist patients, even offering adjustments in the parking lot. The optometrists are skilled and efficient, able to quickly address issues like foreign objects in the eye.
Dr. England was so kind and really took the time to answer all of my questions. She was patient, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. She did amazing for my daughter who is terrified of the eye doctor. Also, the entire office staff, especially the nurses, handled her fear with so much kindness and patience.
Excellent eye care provider that each and everyone working there takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Also, if you need anything that is an additional out of pocket cost not included in your insurances coordination of benefits it is explained and your out of pocket costs given which is how it should be.
