I was charged $769.20 for single vision, rimless glasses that I was told would take 2 weeks to come in. OK It snowed...I had 10 days AFTER the storm, (yes FedEx and UPS were running fine!) to pick up my new glasses...so 2 weeks and 10 days total time for delivery as I am driving 14 hours up north for a month. Still no glasses..last week...."Oh they're on the way should be here any day..we'll call you!" Waiting....waiting...no call! So I called them..."Oh we didn't tell you????? There was a glitch in the delivery/order..we have NO IDEA WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THEM!" Asked for a refund....the gal who works THAT job is sick, no one else knows how?!?! NOPE! This place wanted to sell me a pair of single vision glasses for $700.00. Since I declined they would not give me my PD measurement so I could order a reasonably priced pair on line. They wanted me to come back for the PD measurement and charge $50.00. I will not be back for my annual eye exam.
