“The techs were fast, friendly and very good. They fixed the problem with my fridge one day after the diagnosis. I would rank the service at 4 stars however. Communication on the front end makes scheduling time off from work difficult. After making the appointment I heard nothing about when they were coming until they were 10-15 minutes away. That is difficult for anyone that doesn’t work from home like me. If that could be fixed they would be five stars.“
