Mr. Tindall was courteous and friendly. He took care to not damage my flooring or anything else by using runners to pull my refrigerator out on and letting me move the things on top of the refrigerator. He knew exactly the part that was needed and installed it without incident and it didn’t take very long. He also took the time to explain to me what had happened. He said he had been doing this type of work for a long time, so it was good to have someone I felt was well experienced and I’m confident my refrigerator has been repaired correctly.
Darrell at Greenway is an extremely experienced technician. On top of that he is friendly, kind and courteous. He has a calm demeanor, and Greenway is lucky to have him on their team.
