My wife and I called explained what was going on with our dryer, and they were on the spot they had as fixed after ordering the parts, I would recommend them to anyone very professional. Our service tech showed so much respect. Thank you.

Could not find an appliance repairman. Was told to call Mr Appliance of memphis. Made an appointment online and received a call to confirm that someone would be at my home in 24 hours. Wesley showed up right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted the price and said he had the parts on his truck. In two hours he was on his way and my washer is like new with a one year warranty!! Great job. Great customer service. Great price!! Thank you Mr Appliance of Memphis.

Mr. David Pies was kind enough to come service our oven even though it was later in the day. As soon as I told him what happened, he knew what was wrong and fixed it! It was great! No parts to order, no coming back .... it was fixed!
Important .... to me .... was the fact that he is a very, very nice man. Most appreciated!!
