The techs were fast, friendly and very good. They fixed the problem with my fridge one day after the diagnosis. I would rank the service at 4 stars however. Communication on the front end makes scheduling time off from work difficult. After making the appointment I heard nothing about when they were coming until they were 10-15 minutes away. That is difficult for anyone that doesn’t work from home like me. If that could be fixed they would be five stars.

Needed a repairman on same day. Had issue with washing machine for my daughter with newborn and husband away. They made every attempt to get someone out that day and did. Repairman Spencer was wonderful and very knowledgeable!! Thank you thank you!!

We had a one of the burners on our LG stove that quit working. It wasn't the burner but something on the control board. Mr. Spencer Wood was the best at finding the problem and making the repair. I would definitely recommend using Mr. Appliance and especially Mr. Spencer for any of my appliance repairs. I would not buy LG again because the parts are expensive I would buy Whirlpool.
