Did not turn diagnostic report in to Choice Home Warranty which made me have to wait lo get (until I called CHW) to find out the status of my repairs. The ticket had been closed on CHW end because they assumed everything was taken care of by Rise. No checkpoints between the two which is inconvenient for the consumer.
I was dealt a bad hand with my insurance company. The RHS Chattanooga team were on my side the entire time. They fought for me to get the best deal that saves me the most money for my hvac repair, and the Chattanooga guys that came out were incredibly nice and patient with my situation. I’d recommend this company to anyone. They really did value me as a customer and helped me get my heat back up and running as soon as they could!
