Was able to get a same day appointment. They showed up when expected. They were super nice and while they weren't able to fix my appliance due to no fault of their own, they gave great advice and recommendations for next steps.
Called them looking for SubZero Parts. They were super helpful referring me to an authorized parts dealer. It seems that SubZero doesn’t allow them to sell parts over the counter. They also work on SubZero refrigerators. I will use them for the hard stuff for sure.
