“I first started classes here years ago when the studio first opened, but with a move and COVID and a new child, I hadn’t been in a while. Today, the stars aligned for me to make a homecoming of sorts to Mary’s Hot 26 class. I had craved this class since my last one in early 2020, and today did not disappoint. The class is hard, but in a whole different way than any other fitness pursuit or yoga class I’ve ever experienced. And the final savasana at the end of class? There’s nothing like it. After class ended today, someone else in the room remarked “I’d forgotten just how euphoric this class makes me,” and that’s exactly it. This class leaves you feeling strong and spent and just absolutely euphoric. Thanks, Mary!“
