I first started classes here years ago when the studio first opened, but with a move and COVID and a new child, I hadn’t been in a while. Today, the stars aligned for me to make a homecoming of sorts to Mary’s Hot 26 class. I had craved this class since my last one in early 2020, and today did not disappoint. The class is hard, but in a whole different way than any other fitness pursuit or yoga class I’ve ever experienced. And the final savasana at the end of class? There’s nothing like it. Took my first class tonight with Lynda & had the best time. I never once felt uncomfortable & had such a good workout. Can’t wait to take many more classes at A Better Me Yoga!
Absolutely love Better Me, they are so welcoming and work with people at any level of experience!! Personally, I have made so much progress and have learned a lot about what my body is truly capable of!
