I never, ever, ever leave a bad review for anyone, so this is a first for me. I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Farrukh, Kristy NP, Cara PA, and one other NP. I’ve been very happy with their care, until today. I appreciated the fact that they could work me in for an acute illness; although I was not pleased with the attitude of my care provider, Wendy, today. She treated the acute problem very well, but when I tried to ask her a question, she kept interrupting me and did not want to listen. When I called her on it, of course, she tried to defend herself. My appointment was for 2:45 and it’s 3:18! And no one has called me back. This is completely ridiculous that I have too keep waiting this long. Not happy what’s the point for them too tell you too come early and you sit and wait for almost 16 minutes
I have to say I didn’t expect much as I struggle with stuff myself I was looking for a new pcp not anymore I love who I saw the cleanest office I’ve ever been to if I could give ten stars I would the nurses was incredible they care about thier patients ❤️❤️🙏
