My appointment was for 2:45 and it’s 3:18! And no one has called me back. This is completely ridiculous that I have too keep waiting this long. Not happy what’s the point for them too tell you too come early and you sit and wait for almost 16 minutes
I have to say I didn’t expect much as I struggle with stuff myself I was looking for a new pcp not anymore I love who I saw the cleanest office I’ve ever been to if I could give ten stars I would the nurses was incredible they care about thier patients ❤️❤️🙏
I would highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family! They were so accommodating with my work schedule to get my initial appointment with Dr. Bernatowicz scheduled very quickly! From check in to check out I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the operation of the visit process, and the cleanliness of this clinic. I felt very welcomed and cared for during my appointment. Dr. Bernatowicz was so kind & took her time listening to all my concerns, answering all my questions, and took time to explain everything to me along the way.
