I have been to numerous doctors in my life. This facility is the by far the best PCP facility I have ever visited. The walk in clinic setup makes getting seen a BREEZE. Same wait times as appointment-only physicians without the hassle of making an appointment a week out first (did I mention they see you the same day, without an appointment??). Comfortable waiting area. Knowledgeable staff in all positions, all with fantastic social skills and positive, welcoming demeanor. The medical staff don't dismiss your symptoms if you come in citing research about what might be affecting you - instead, they walk through why you think you might have such-and-such issue and use your...read full review

6 years ago I brought my 9 year old son here with a mama instinct that my son had diabetes. Dr. Mazza listened to me & believed in my mama gut just as much as I did. He was tested right away & sure enough, my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. We went directly to Children’s after that where he almost slipped into DKA. Jacob will be 15 this year & I can’t remember if I ever properly thanked Dr. Mazza for saving my son’s life. I don’t even think I was ever charged for the office visit, he truly just cared about my son & wanted to help. I recently saw a review from someone complaining about the wait time at Physicians First. I’ve been going to this office for nearly 20 years, and I can honestly say that Dr. Mazza, Dr. Paula, and the entire staff have always been amazing. They do their best to get patients in and out efficiently while still taking the time to provide thoughtful, compassionate care.

Yes, sometimes there’s a wait—but that’s because they are truly listening to and addressing each patient’s needs. I’ve always felt heard, cared for, and respected during my visits.
