I have been going here for about 15 years now, after having gone to several other PCP in the Cleveland area. I cannot say enough about the knowledgeable care I have received from Paula Miller and all of the staff here. Kudos guys!
My husband choose to come here to establish primary care after not seeing a doctor in years due to our demanding schedules! I have never been to a doctor that sits with me and listens to everything I have say and creates a plan to address and and all of my issues. My wait time has always been minimal and I have never felt rushed or pushed off. I love this office and Dr. Blake is AMAZING!!
The medical staff is wonderful both Blake and Paula are very knowledgeable and considerate. They are also very courteous and professional. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because their reception staff comes off as being both rude and arrogant.
