Absolutely amazing service
I honestly can't say enough good things about All American AC, Heating, & Refrigeration! Last week my A/C went out right in the middle of this brutal heat wave. I called around to several different places only to be told it would be a 2 day wait, at minimum, so I was starting to panic about being stuck much longer without air. Luckily a neighbor recommended All American Air, so I gave them a call right away. Tommy, the owner, answered the phone himself. He immediately understood the urgency of my situation and how desperate I was for a solution, and assured me he’d have someone out within the hour.

We originally called All American because our A/C wasn't cooling like it should and was giving us constant problems. After a thorough inspection, they took the time to explain why our old system had reached the end of its life and helped us choose the best replacement. The installation went smoothly and the crew did an excellent job. We also joined their bi-annual maintenance plan, which has given us total peace of mind. Knowing they inspect everything before extreme weather hits instead of waiting for a breakdown is definitely worth every penny. Great people and excellent service from start to finish!
