To start with, I wish I could give these guys a 10! They far exceeded my expectations. Tony, the owner truly cares about doing a great job. They replaced my 35 year old system in record time and it is perfect! Believe me this was no small task. Josh, Matt, TJ, Justin & Tony are the absolute best HVAC team around. Larry,,let me tell you about Larry,he is absolutely the best metal fabrication guy I have ever seen .his work is a work of art.Thank you Larry....They answered every question I had in terms I could understand, and were the most polite , most respectable, people I have ever met . Zach with Central Heat & Air Company went above and beyond during my maintenance appointment. He began by discussing what steps he would be taking during this visit and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He explained the services I asked about and quickly gave me the pricing and warranty polices for the UV light system and duct cleaning. During the appointment, Zach not only talked to me about what needed to be done but showed me what he was doing to the unit. Before he left he had me scheduled for the installation of the UV light and duct cleaning. Central Heat and Air will always be my go to for heating and air issues.
We appreciate the prompt service. The technician was there on time and he did a thorough cleaning of our system.
