My family has used Springdale for all our hvac needs. Most recently, we had a mini-split unit installed in our addition. We could not be more satisfied with the work. Not only is the work they do impeccable, the crew, office staff and the owner are gracious and kind. They understood our needs and met them with care. Called Sprindale when my A/c unit stopped responding one morning. An hour later they were on sight and the tech walked me through the part that failed. He was very accurate and up front about cost and estimated time on fix. Same day fix and could not be happier with the results.
I have to say that all the guys were great! They were very nice and very helpful in explaining how everything worked. They went to a great length to make sure we understood how to work the thermostat.They were very neat with everything and when they left you couldn’t even tell they had been here. They were extremely knowledgeable about everything they were doing! We LOVE our new heat pump! We would totally recommend Springdale Heading and Air to everyone!
