Karl is very knowledgeable with over 30 years experience. He texted me the night before he was scheduled to be here at 8am to make sure the appointment was still a go. He showed up at 8am sharp.
Very nice, kind and professional. Love his British accent.
Went right to work and got the water back up and running.
He changed out a Steibel Tempra Plus electric tankless water heater.
I found him on Google.
One big advertised plumbing did not call me back and Joe said he does not work on electric tankless water heaters. I guess if you have a gas water heater he can take care of you. I don’t know
