Karl is a wonderful communicator and advisor. He always confirmed appointments and arrived on time. He does quality work - he is on the high $ side but there are no surprises - he tells you in advance. I’m pleased with his work (laying pipeline in my basement for natural gas connection).

Very friendly and seemingly genuine over the phone. Promptly returned my call even tho I'd reached out quite late in the evening. Even worked us for a next morning appointment. Luckily water heater began operating properly that morning prior to UnionJack's arrived, therefore we cancel the tech's trip out. But the call alone has us storing his contact for our future plumbing needs.

We have used Unionjack Plumbing to fix our bathroom sink and to put in a water heater. They are very thorough. When I called both times they were here by the next morning. I definitely recommend them.
