Maria answered the call, coordinated and scheduled the appointment, she followed up with me on appointment day, and was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with.
Brad showed up on time with his team Randell and a young man. The home was from 1952, with no septic records, and no clue if or whenever it had been pumped and inspected.
They got right to work, searching for the tank (which ended up being 100 feet from the home), they traced the line, identified issues along the way, and they found the mystery tank, dug it right up, pumped and thoroughly inspected everything.

If you want to find out what good customer service and quality work are - call this company. The scheduling process was a breeze. The team showed up fully prepared and in less then an hour (simple tank pump) were done - all that while explaining to me exactly what they were doing. They also educate you on the septic system and provide some recommendations on maintenance. The guys were personable and just good human beings. Highly recommend.
