I am leaving a five star review of Schwartz Construction for the following reasons. Craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism. The quality of my finished deck, adherence to timeliness, and crew behavior.
My old deck was replaced with pressure treated lumber. The framing is solid. The deck boards are perfectly spaced. The railings were meticously installed. The clean stair construction shows an attention to detail.
The new deck is structurally sound. Code compliance went above and beyond. My stairs are so much better now. I appreciate the extra railing. It makes ir easier and so much safer.

Excellent company, honest. After getting an estimate from B……, Lamb came out and found a loose nut, tightened it, charged the system and were a 1/5th of B…… company quoted. The B….. company was going to replace parts and over charge for refrigerant! Love Lamb!
So many reasons to recommend them, but I'll try courteous on time reasonable polite finishes the job with time to spare treats everyone like family no job too big or small these guys have installed a Rinaii hot water heater, toilets, sinks, and reroute my septic pipe. Absolutely the best out there!!! AAAA++++
