Very nice, kind and professional. Love his British accent.
Went right to work and got the water back up and running.
He changed out a Steibel Tempra Plus electric tankless water heater.
I found him on Google.
One big advertised plumbing did not call me back and Joe said he does not work on electric tankless water heaters. I guess if you have a gas water heater he can take care of you. I don’t know
I highly recommend Karl from Union Jacks Plumbing service. He really knows what he’s doing.
I also recommend Steibel Tempra Plus tankless water heater. The one I’m changing out is 16 years old. I bought the same exact one on Amazon, it came in the mail the next day.
Karl is very affordable. He is my new plumber. I know you will be happy with the service he provides.”
