“JJ at Superior Plumbing could also use company names like INCREDIBLE PLUMBING or AMAZING PLUMBING or RESPONSIVE PROFESSIONAL PLUMBING because those adjectives would also describe this company's impressive operations

We have benefited from Superior Plumbing's service, expertise and knowledge twice this year

The second visit confirmed the initial impression: BEST PLUMBING COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 75 YEARS, whether in Northern New Jersey, Hudson Valley of New York or here in Almost Heaven Northeast Tennessee

if I could give them 20 Stars I would”

“Karl is very knowledgeable with over 30 years experience. He texted me the night before he was scheduled to be here at 8am to make sure the appointment was still a go. He showed up at 8am sharp.
Very nice, kind and professional. Love his British accent.
Went right to work and got the water back up and running.
He changed out a Steibel Tempra Plus electric tankless water heater.
I found him on Google.
One big advertised plumbing did not call me back and Joe said he does not work on electric tankless water heaters. I guess if you have a gas water heater he can take care of you. I don’t know
I highly recommend Karl from Union Jacks Plumbing service. He really knows what he’s doing.
I also recommend Steibel Tempra Plus tankless water heater. The one I’m changing out is 16 years old. I bought the same exact one on Amazon, it came in the mail the next day.
Karl is very affordable. He is my new plumber. I know you will be happy with the service he provides.”
