They will come out and fly over your home with a drone taking pictures of the entire roof and later a representative will come to meet with you and give you the results. He will tell you whether there is enough damage to move forward. In our case we had significant hail damage and didn’t realize it. Clint Garner was our representative and he was very friendly, experienced and thorough! Roof replacement is something most of us rarely do. So you need someone who can advise and guide you through the whole insurance maze. Clint was excellent and, with the assistance of their knowledgeable office staff, made it all very simple!!Tyler Adams was our Project Manager and he told me exactly what to expect. His crew was on time and right to work. He was here shortly after and he watched over the complete job as well as two other jobs in the area the same day!! The job was completed in one day to our surprise and complete satisfaction. They are experts at what they do and you can trust them to use the best materials and installation techniques.
