In over 40+ years of home ownership, I never before had to file a claim for damage. After the tree was removed from the roof, Stephen and Michael came and surveyed the damage. We agreed for them to meet with the adjuster and contact the insurance company about the work until the roof was completely repaired. The cleaning and debris removal was excellent, like they had never been there! This team has been very professional and showed the customer was their main concern to have all damage covered. I learned Michael had just joined the team with Southern Guardian LLC, so this was also the first damage claim he was involved in, just as I was. We walked thru it together. Very professional from start to finish! Communication was perfect, the crew was professional and did their best to cover everything and clean up afterwards. Stephen was amazing! He was very patient when it came to choosing our shingle color! He provided addresses so we could see the different shingle colors in person which helped a lot! Often those colors in person are very different from real life. Great job!
