“So interesting story about them. They were hired to to a roof repair on the duplex next to us that just sold. I came home from work to take a nap and woke up to hammering and noise. Thinking it was my neighbor moving in I decided to just go about my day. Walk outside to find these guys on my roof and the neighbors tearing it up in spots to do repair jobs. I called the office and spoke to a Mark who was very understanding and apologetic as none of then workers spoke good English. Josh there site manager showed up and promised to fix us up and also apologized a lot for the mistake. They did fix all the spots they tore up and Josh also patched up a pipe that may have some issues and told me to keep an eye on it. I want to thank Mark and Josh for the diligence in fixing the mistake quickly and to go above that to make sure we were taken care of for the mistake. We had a tree through our roof sitting in our upstairs bedroom with significant water damage, a tree smashed deck, plus so much more to even mention. “just now getting around to writing a review but i hired scott schrader to fully replace my roof due to storm damage a while back and i had never dealt with this before and scott and his company/team couldnt have been more helpful. he even met with my insurance adjuster who did not seem to be approving the claim but scott pointed out all the problems and then it was approved. the crew he sent was simply amazing to watch in action. old roof removed, abt 6 decking boards replaced, new roof installed and cleanup all less than 7 hrs from start to finish. i even called them back later for an issue NOT related to their performance/ installation at all and he came out and resolved the issue for me!! i highly recommend chattanooga roofing contractors/ chattanooga contractors group/ scott schrader!!!“
