“Drain Right did a good job installing our new gutters a few years ago. Initially there was some leaking underneath in a section on the front, but they came back and fixed it and there has been no problem since. The technician came after hours and on a weekend to make it right, installing some extra flashing that was needed in that section. (The other gutters installed were error free).
As for the product itself? We got the most economical screen system they sold. It was thousands less than their competitors, and it has been hassle free and reduced my time and work cleaning gutters exponentially! We have tons of leaves and pollen. I now spend about 30 minutes using a blower on the leaves as needed for a job that used to take much longer and much more work.
I am very grateful for this company and their product. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they are super busy and didn’t respond immediately to the leaky install because they were 6 weeks behind with demands for installation (which should tell you something about why). They did come make it right within a few weeks.
In conclusion I highly recommend Drain Right for the price, service and quality of their product.“
