“I cant give any stars. Called for services 48hrs later no phone call back and no one showed up. Called them to inform them of this and was put on hold for 10min only to be transferred to somebody that didnt answer. Sooooo....Changed my review after a phone back from someone stating they dont do residential services. Might have been nice to know when I told the person that answered phone.“

“This is the second time I've had the Olshan's crew to our house. This appointment was also excellent. The crew worked around our schedule, addressed issues with warranty and new repairs, and provided timely and personal attention to our needs. Further, there will be planned follow-up in the Spring to check installation and repair progress/maintenance. I was particularly impressed the team lead by Tyler. Throughout the process he was clear on communication and work needed. The team that day was comprised of the following members: Santiago (excellent and professional), Cristian, Deglis (hope I spelled that correctly!), Horacio, Vidal, and Oscar.
