Jorge was very thorough. He offered several services and I was pleased with the outcome. However, Stanley Steemer was not completely honest concerning the pricing of the service and this was extremely frustrating. I was given an estimate, although they were aware of all of the pieces that needed to be cleaned. The estimate should include some type of cost expectation FOR ALL furniture that needs to be serviced. This was very misleading and I will consider other cleaning companies because of this action.

I called Stanley Steemer to clean a room after another service had cleaned it. I had a dog that threw up and pooped in a bedroom after surgery. After the first cleaning the odor just didn’t go away even though a deordorizer was used. They showed when they said they would. The employee was talkative, polite, kind, considerate, and quick. The night of the cleaning it was basically all dry and no dog odor persisted. Glad I called them.

Christopher and Kevin were both professional, thorough, respectful and very hardworking. They explained in detail what the job would entail and, given what I told them I wanted to accomplish, they also described and recommended the two levels of deodorizing that the company offers. Now that they’ve finished the job, the carpeting looks and smells like new! They easily moved various pieces of furniture in order to clean more thoroughly. Given the good natured dispositions of Christopher and Kevin, together with the pride each exhibited in their work, it is no surprise that Stanley Steemers continues to enjoy such an excellent reputation!
