As part of a Real Estate Transaction foundation repairs were required. ASF was contracted to complete the repairs required by the Engineering Company. Jeff was our point of contact. He was proactive, informative and knowledgeable! The team of workers were real go getter’s! Without ASF not sure the transaction would have happened!

I had put my 120-year-old home on the market and learned from an inspection that there was an issue with sagging foundation in one room. I called American Standard Foundation Repair and James came to look at it and gave me an estimate. He very clearly described what would be done. When I got the information to sign and approve starting the work, I looked at the things that could possibly happen - cracks in plaster, windows that wouldn't open, and I was concerned. They scheduled the work as soon as they could because there was already an offer on the house contingent on this being done.
