Tim Hughes worked with us to design a plan that resolved our most pressing issues. Then Santiago, Hector, Christian, Junior, and Kevin completed all of the work in an efficient and professional manner. It was a pleasure meeting the crew. My overall Olshan experience was magnificent from start to finish. From those that I communicated with over the phone (Gabby Germano, Lexi, Keith Higgins) to those I met with in person in my home (Adam Power, Juan, Elder, Rudi, Noel, Santos, Jesus) were phenomenal. The communication and professionalism was extremely impressive. I would recommend Olshan and their staff to any and all that are requiring foundation repair!
Santiago and his crew (Hector, Kevin, Cristian, Junnior and Daniel - I hope I spelled their names correctly) were AMAZING! In less than two days they installed a steel beam and completely redid our kitchen floors and put a vapor barrier underneath. They were professional, efficient and super polite. They also cleaned up after the job was finished like they were never here—they went the extra mile. Our floors are solid…we couldn’t be more pleased.
