“Mitch came to fix my home furnace which had been out of service for several days after a power outage. I had called six other businesses and they either did not service "modular homes" or weren't available till a much later time.
Mitch was prompt, he was courteous, and thorough! He not only fixed the damaged piece on the furnace, but he changed the furnace filters, and replaced the old thermostat with a more up to date one which was wonderful.
I was expecting a much higher bill. But because he knew what he was doing, he was in and out quickly and efficiently.
I've already shared his name with some friends and family for "just in case"!
