I called Precision last week during the peak of our 100+ weather when many companies were non responsive due to work backloads. Justin was prompt to respond and come to inspect our non functioning central air unit. He was also very quick to respond back with a professionally detailed, fairly priced proposal. I would highly recommend Precision Mechanical for anyone in need of prompt attention during an HVAC emergency.
Precision Mechanical replaced our furnace and air conditioner with great care and attention to detail. I could not have asked for better performance of the finish work. Besides that, they were fun to work with.
My mom's furnace motor stopped working. This company was first to respond to our need. The secretary was friendly and the tech PJ went above and beyond the job to help with my mom's situation. He stayed in touch with us and did a great job! We highly recommend Precision Mechanical Heating and Cooling!
