“I have been a long time customer of Joe's. Since the very first service call I have been loyal. I refuse to call anyone else. He is professional, trustworthy, and respects your home. He has always been friendly and willing to take time and answer all of my questions. The quality of Joe's work was top notch and his bid came in lower than everyone else. “During the bad wind storms in our area this year our a/c condensing unit got blown over, kinking the suctin line. We had Cash out to repair the kink and in general put things back to right. He showed up in the rain and got right to work.

I am a refrigeration engineer so I know a bit about the work he was doing for me and while talking with him I could tell that he knows what he is doing. He was a pleasure to talk with and he did a nice job.

If I had one complaint it would be that he didn't have the correct filter/drier on his truck so he had to leave to go and get one.

I haven't seen the price yet so I will see what that looks like and determine it affects my overall opinion of Climate Control. But for now, job well done.“
